OUR HISTORY
A story born between the vineyards and the ancient Consortium
Our history has deep roots in the hills of Pesaro and Fano, in the vineyards ofCa' Dorale Farmhouse, where we cultivate with care and dedication 7,5 hectares of organic vineyards. Here, vines such as Sangiovese, Bianchello (Biancame), Fiano e Montepulciano They find their most authentic expression thanks to sustainable agriculture that is absolutely respectful of the natural balance.
What was once just an ancient farmhouse used as a tool shed has now become an authentic refuge, where to enjoy wine, food and nature rediscovering the slow pace of the countryside.

The desire to give voice to these grapes has found a home in the historic spaces of the ancient agrarian consortium Provinciale: this is where the winery was born Agricola Arzilla.
The name chosen perfectly describes our spirit: a lively, tenacious and, indeed, “sprightly” reality, led by a young team with a visceral passion for the natural wine from the Marche region.
From the vineyard directly into your glass
Today, the circle closes where it all began, but extends all the way to the city. At Agriturismo Ca' Dorale, you can stay in the quiet of the hillside and savor traditional Marche cuisine, paired with our wines.
You can find the same philosophy of naturalness and quality at Pesaro at the 'wine shop Solo Buon Vino, our meeting place dedicated to those who seek conscious drinking and wish to discover the authenticity of artisanal wines from Marche.

Our team combines diverse skills to oversee every stage of production, from the vineyard to the cellar.
Shayle transforms with passion and expertise grapes into wines that tell our story.
In the winery Edy, Sergio e Stefano guard and follow what the earth gives us every year.
Gabriele, Claudio e Andrea (when they don't drink) also put their effort where it's needed.
Federica manages the company, navigating national and international documents and certifications.
Giuliatakes care of our image by giving us a unique character and style.

Our philosophy: from the organic vineyard to the wine shop
We produce wines that faithfully reflect the territory and the season. For this reason, we manage our vineyards according to the principles ofsustainable agriculture and organic viticulture and in the cellar we adopt a minimal intervention approach: spontaneous fermentations, indigenous yeasts and no filtration.
