Ca' Dorale is not just a farmhouse, it is a legacy steeped in history. What was once just an ancient farmhouse used as a tool shed has now become an authentic refuge, where to enjoy wine, food and nature Rediscovering the slow pace of the countryside. This land has been lovingly passed down from mother to daughter, until Marina Paparoni transformed her passion for the land into a lifelong project, preserving its magic and purity.
The farmhouse dominates a hill that was once said to be home to a golden Malvasia vine: it is precisely from that shining reflection that the name Ca' Dorale was born. Today, that same hill is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove and vineyards as far as the eye can see, caressed by the Adriatic breeze and grown according to the principles of sustainable agriculture.
Marina's warm welcome
When Marina Paparoni renovated the old farmhouse to turn it into a farmhouse, she created a place of warm welcome In the hills of Fano. A family atmosphere where you can feel pampered, immersed in the scents of nature. With a background in agriculture and an instinctive passion, Marina has restored stone, wood, and iron to preserve the soul of the place, making Ca' Dorale the beating heart of our rural hospitality.
Our vineyards
The agricultural heart: the vineyards
The hills are dominated by 7,5 hectares of vineyards where we organically grow Bianchello DOC, the Sangiovese and MontepulcianoTogether with them, we dedicate one hectare to Fiano: an excellence that unites our land with Italy's winemaking roots, for a genuine, transparent and lively wine.
La biodiversity of our vines is found in every glass of Agricola Arzilla, served at sunset or in front of the large fireplace in winter.
Natural wines accompany the typical local cuisine, featuring fresh pasta prepared daily in the ancient kneading trough and genuine produce from the garden.
