Shipping and Returns

In Agricola Arzilla SS We take care of our wines from the vineyard to your table. Below you'll find all the information regarding delivery methods and return policies.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

The ordered goods are entrusted to the express courier within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving payment.

  • Delivery time: 2-3 business days throughout Italy. For islands and so-called "remote areas," such as mountain resorts, delivery may take 2-4 business days.

  • Order Management: Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

  • High season periods: During the Christmas holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Costs

Su Agricola Arzilla la shipment è always free throughout Italy. Since our shop provides a minimum purchase of 6 bottlesThe free shipping threshold is always reached automatically. The price you see in your cart is the final price: no additional shipping costs will be applied to your order.

3. Receipt of goods and anomalies

We recommend that you provide an address where someone will always be available to collect the package (your office, concierge, or trusted store).

IMPORTANTUpon delivery, check the integrity of the package. If you receive a damaged, tampered with, or partial delivery package, please:

  1. Sign with reservations (if possible) or refuse the package.

  2. Take pictures of the packaging and bottles.

  3. Please contact our customer service immediately at commerciale@agricolarzilla.com.

 

4. Return Conditions (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return of any product within fifteen (15) working days from the delivery date.

Return requirements: For the return to be accepted, the products must be in the same condition in which they were received:

  • They must not have been opened, used or damaged.

  • They must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The shipping costs for returning the goods are at customer's charge.

Agricola Arzilla SS reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns shipped after the specified timeframe. Verification of product integrity may take up to 5 business days from the time of receipt.

5. Procedure for making a Return

To start the return process, follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email: write to commerciale@agricolarzilla.com indicating the order number, the item you wish to return, the reason and your contact details.

  2. Wait for confirmation: Please wait for our written authorization before proceeding.

  3. Ship the goods: Once authorized, prepare the package. You are free to use a courier of your choice for shipping. The products must be handed over to the courier within five (5) business days of our authorization.

  4. Refund: Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will proceed with a full refund. The credit will be made using the same payment method chosen during the order.
